Lee McCullough

Senior Program Manager

With more than 40 years experience in the manufacturing industry, Lee McCullough received a Bachelor of Science n Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He gained extensive design experience with industrial and military power conversion electronics and motor controls while working at the Drives & Systems Division of Litton Industries. Prior to that, Lee was responsible for marketing, product, and program management for industrial electronic and mechanical products including frequency converters, AC & DC motor controls and inverters while working for Eaton Corporation and Borg Warner Corporation Electronics Group.

Lee also was a program manager for commercial electronics appliance controls and HVAC systems at Ranco Controls, Inc.  Additionally, he held various management positions in electronic controls manufacturing, strategic planning, and marketing at TB Woods Son’s Incorporated. Following three years as a missionary in Guatemala and Costa Rica planning & coordinating short-term mission trips, he returned to the military engineering area providing technical support for Patriot missile systems at Letterkenny Army Depot.

Lee joined the NCDMM in 2006 as the Technical Liaison to Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pa., where he was providing technical support on manufacturing improvement and optimization projects.  He is currently a Senior Program Manager located at Letterkenny Army Depot coordinating multiple NCDMM projects and assisting the engineering and manufacturing departments by providing technical assistance and implementing new technologies.
